Printed Sashes

Our bespoke and custom printed sashes are made from single thickness premium acetate satin with fused edges in a wide selection of colours. B-Loony’s printed sashes are screen and digitally printed, sewn and tailored to the hip.

Sash Printing

Sashes are normally screen printed in one or two colours on the front and a second design on the back is also possible. Digital printing will usually be used for multi-colour and more complex designs. Our staff will advise on the best method once they have seen your artwork design.

Artwork

All of our sashes are printed using customers’ own artwork which should conform to the following specifications:

We prefer fully outlined .eps/.ai files with all text converted to curves that have been created in Illustrator. We will sometimes be able to work with high quality jpegs or tiffs and pdfs but sashes created from these files are often not as crisp and clear as we would like.

We will always send you a pdf proof of your sash before production starts for you to sign off.

Delivery

We offer a fast and reliable service. Our experience in the promotions market means we understand about short lead times for snap promotions and last minute orders. We understand the importance of fast delivery of high volumes of merchandise to extremely tight deadlines.

Normally we would like a lead time of 2-3 weeks but we will always try to squeeze your order in on a “Yesterday” service for which there may be an additional charge.

Turn-around times can be very short even if a large number of sashes is required.
